Scope of Service
Our repair service is committed to restoring your jewellery to its former beauty and ensuring its functionality. However, we understand that there may be instances where you might not be fully satisfied with our service.
Notification Period
If you are not satisfied with the repair, please notify us within 14 days of collecting your jewellery. Any concerns raised after this period may not be eligible for re-assessment or further repair under this policy.
Re-assessment
Upon notification, we will re-assess the repair. If the repair is deemed not up to our standard, we will undertake the necessary steps to rectify the issue at no additional cost to you.
Limitations
Any damage or issues not related to the original repair or caused by mishandling after the item has been returned will not be covered under this policy.
Any modifications or repairs done to the jewellery by a third party after our repair will void this return policy.
Refunds
If we are unable to rectify the repair issue, and it's determined that the unsatisfactory repair was due to an oversight on our part, a partial or full refund of the repair fee may be provided.
Exclusions
Antique, heirloom, or any jewellery identified as having a high risk of damage during the repair process will be excluded from this policy unless explicitly agreed upon in writing before the repair.
Liability
Our liability under this policy is limited to the cost of the repair service. We are not responsible for sentimental or intangible value associated with the jewellery.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for disclosing all known vulnerabilities or previous damages to their jewellery prior to repair.
Alterations
Sofia & Tau Ateliê reserves the right to alter or amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
